Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist with strong experience in sales, partnerships, and commercial growth within the advertising and marketing industry. You will play a key role in expanding our client portfolio and ensuring strong relationships with partners across all sectors.

• Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and partnership opportunities
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify business opportunities
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients
• Prepare persuasive commercial proposals and pitch presentations
• Lead negotiations and oversee deal closing
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of agreements and onboarding
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and insights to support decision making and revenue growth

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
• Previous experience in a marketing or advertising agency is required
• Strong skills in opportunity identification, market analysis, and partnership building
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to prepare clear, structured, and compelling commercial proposals
• Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing services
• Professional, detail oriented, and driven by results
• Immediate availability is preferred
