Product Manager

Overview

HALA is a leading fintech player in the MENAP region that aims to redefine financial services and build the future bank of SMEs. HALA aims at empowering SMEs to start, run, and grow their businesses by providing them with cutting-edge financial and technological tools. HALA currently holds multiple entities in UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt (including HALA Payments, HALA Cashier and HALA Logistics) and offers solutions that enable merchants to digitize their payments as well as manage their sales and operations.

Founded in 2017, HALA is currently duly licensed by the Saudi Arabian Central Bank as well as the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) in Abu Dhabi Global Market.

• Define and maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog aligned with product strategy and business goals.
• Translate product vision and roadmap into user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals.
• Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, and QA to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality features.
• Continuously refine and prioritize backlog items based on feedback, analytics, and changing business priorities.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
• Validate completed work, ensuring it meets the definition of done and delivers expected outcomes.
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
