The Infrastructure and Capital Projects (Infra) team focuses on improving return on investment for capital projects and reducing project‑specific risks. We support owner/operator/contractor clients with deep industry sector expertise, aiming to reduce uncertainty in development and operational costs, contributing to greater shareholder value from procurement through execution and through asset management.

• Lead the execution of project work streams, demonstrating expertise and identifying opportunities for process improvement within the assigned tasks.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with clients, as well as internal managerial and executive stakeholders, showcasing proficiency and confidence in discussing project matters.
• Collaborate with teams and clients, engaging in negotiations and fostering effective partnerships between leadership.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, seeking to understand their needs and contributing to their satisfaction.
• Participate in industry events and associations to broaden professional connections and identify potential growth avenues.
• Contribute to the identification and pursuit of new business prospects, aligned with the strategic goals of Infra and other Business Units.
• Drive project analyses, propose actionable plans, and exhibit strong decision‑making capabilities.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities while effectively guiding project delivery.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management and business development, ideally within consulting or related industries.
• 8+ years experience within public sector large‑scale projects.
• Arabic language skills required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of articulating ideas to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and develop solutions with creativity and critical thinking.
• Self‑starter with strong business acumen and a results‑driven approach.
