JASARA PMC is seeking a Performance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing performance management frameworks and strategies that drive continuous improvement across our projects and organizational practices. You will work closely with project teams and leadership to ensure effective measurement of project performance and the achievement of operational excellence.
Your analytical skills and expertise in performance metrics will be essential in identifying areas for enhancement and ensuring that our projects meet their objectives efficiently. This position provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact facilities and infrastructure across Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities- Develop frameworks for performance management and measurement across projects.
- Identify, analyze, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for various projects.
- Collaborate with teams to define performance improvement initiatives and recommend actionable strategies.
- Prepare and present performance reports, dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Offer training and support to staff on performance management systems and processes.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous alignment and enhancement of performance strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in performance management, analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance measurement frameworks.
- Proficiency in using reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in a project management environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with performance management methodologies and best practices is advantageous.
