We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Operational Manager to oversee our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with deep F&B industry experience, a robust network within the sector, and preferably, a background in sales within F&B SaaS solutions. This leadership role will be critical in driving operational excellence, strengthening our market position, and ensuring the seamless execution of our strategic initiatives.

• Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes across all functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, finance, sales, and marketing) to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with COFE’s mission and vision.
• Work closely with the executive team to drive business growth and ensure alignment with the overall company strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key F&B brands across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
• Leverage your network and industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities and enhance client engagement.
• Provide oversight and strategic direction for the sales of our F&B SaaS solutions, including COFE Cloud.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop go-to-market strategies, optimize sales processes, and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable business growth.
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures without compromising quality or innovation.
• Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Promote a collaborative and transparent work environment to drive employee engagement and professional growth.

• Nationality: Must be a Saudi national.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience: Proven track record in a senior operations leadership role within the F&B industry; extensive experience working with key F&B brands and a robust industry network; prior experience in a tech-powered or SaaS environment highly desirable; sales exposure in F&B SaaS solutions will be considered a strong asset.
