We are expanding our European operations and seeking a strategic and driven Indirect Procurement Manager to strengthen our regional procurement capabilities.

The Indirect Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing indirect procurement activities across JD’s operations in Europe, with a focus on logistics, warehousing, transportation, facilities, and professional services. This role will partner closely with business and regional stakeholders to drive cost efficiency, supplier performance, and strategic sourcing initiatives supporting JD’s growth in Europe.

• Lead 's procurement activities within the Middle East region, with a focus on categories including warehouse, equipment, MRO, engineering, and administrative services.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process: from demand management and supplier sourcing to developing sourcing strategies, executing tender events, and managing supplier performance & fulfillment.
• Analyze and consolidate procurement demands regularly. Explore and implement effective sourcing models based on business dynamics, utilizing cost analysis and historical data to ensure cost rationality and optimization.
• Gather market intelligence to expand the supplier base. Organize supplier engagements, conduct training sessions, and perform ongoing supplier relationship management.
• Perform regular data analysis on procurement activities, generate insights, and continuously propose innovative improvements and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience. In-depth knowledge of procurement operations and the local market landscape in the Middle East. A background in the logistics industry is a strong plus.
• Strong capabilities in data analysis, logical thinking, and project management. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a proven track record of driving results.
• Fluency in both spoken Chinese and English is mandatory for daily work.
