Senior Product Manager

Founded in 2017, HALA is currently duly licensed by the Saudi Arabian Central Bank as well as the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) in Abu Dhabi Global Market.

The Senior Product Manager will own and scale Hala’s Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) product within Hala Financing. The role focuses on driving product strategy, delivering high-impact features, and improving customer experience while ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations. You will work closely with engineering, risk, compliance, and business teams to grow adoption, manage risk, and deliver measurable business results.

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and post‑launch optimization.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to identify growth opportunities and product improvements.

Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing teams to deliver high‑quality features.

Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Drive customer experience improvements across onboarding, usage, pricing, and retention.

Define and track product KPIs and OKRs such as adoption, approval rates, risk metrics, customer satisfaction, and revenue.

Use data and insights to continuously refine product performance and inform decision‑making.

Support credit decisioning, fraud prevention, and responsible lending frameworks in collaboration with Risk teams.

Influence stakeholders, represent the product in internal discussions, and contribute to mentoring junior product team members.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

5–7 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or lending‑related products.
