The Product Owner at HALA drives the delivery of secure, scalable fintech products by owning and prioritizing the product backlog in line with business goals. Working closely with stakeholders, engineering, UX/UI, and QA teams, the Product Owner translates product vision into clear user stories and delivers high‑quality features through Agile execution, continuous improvement, and data‑driven prioritization.

• Define and maintain a clear, prioritized product backlog aligned with product strategy and business goals.
• Translate product vision and roadmap into user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals.
• Act as main point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, and QA to ensure seamless delivery of high‑quality features.
• Continuously refine and prioritize backlog items based on feedback, analytics, and changing business priorities.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
• Validate completed work, ensuring it meets definition of done and delivers expected outcomes.
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
