We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive growth across B2B and B2G segments by building strategic relationships with government entities, municipalities, and large organizations. The role manages opportunities end-to-end from prospecting to closing, and delivers high-quality proposals and presentations that communicate the company’s value proposition. This role requires strong stakeholder management, high professionalism, and willingness to travel within and outside Saudi Arabia as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute B2B and B2G sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with government entities, municipalities, and key clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, pitch decks, and commercial proposals.
- Analyze target markets and provide basic qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Manage digital and print marketing content.
- Support bid submissions and ensure accuracy of related documentation.
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and exhibitions.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports.
- Travel within and outside Saudi Arabia as required.
- Proven ability to develop data-driven and measurable marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and tools, including 4
Ps/7
Ps, STP, competitor analysis, and marketing analytics. - Solid understanding of strategic analysis frameworks such as SWOT, PESTEL, Porter’s Five Forces, BCG Matrix, Ansoff Matrix, and Business Model Canvas.
- Strong skills in content development, corporate communications, and presentation design.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Hub Spot, CRM platforms, PowerPoint, and campaign management tools.
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong presentation and proposal development capabilities.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Capable of representing the company in formal business settings locally and internationally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, International Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within B2B, B2G, investment, or economic development sectors.
- Strong command of Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and abroad as required.
