As our Sales Manager
, you will play a key role in driving business growth by acquiring and nurturing corporate clients and strategic partners across Riyadh and the wider Kingdom. Working closely with the Lead Sales Manager
, you will help expand Blacklane’s footprint and deliver exceptional value to our partners and customers.

YOUR CHALLENGE:
  • Drive revenue growth through the acquisition and development of new B2B clients and partners across sectors such as Government, Banking, Multinational Corporations, Hospitality, Real Estate, Sports, and Events.
  • Proactively identify, approach, and convert business opportunities in alignment with regional sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers.
  • Support the execution of the regional business plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Represent Blacklane at local industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to help shape commercial strategies and product offerings.
ABOUT YOU:
  • Experienced B2B sales professional with a successful track record in ground transportation, business travel, mobility, or related sectors within Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and established relationships within target industries.
  • Motivated self‑starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage pipelines and close deals independently.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
    ; additional languages are a plus.
  • Holds a valid driving license
    .
  • Ethical, ambitious, and passionate about delivering premium experiences and contributing to a purpose‑driven company.
