We are seeking a highly experienced PMO Senior Consultant / Manager to support the development and enhancement of PMO operating models, frameworks and methodologies. The Senior Consultant / Manager will play a key role in shaping best‑practice governance structures and delivery frameworks, ensuring alignment with enterprise project management standards. Candidates with a consulting background – especially from Big Four firms – and exposure to the aviation sector are strongly encouraged to apply.

Proven expertise in developing Target Operating Models (TOMs) for PMO/EPMO functions.

Strong experience designing PMO frameworks, governance models, methodologies and processes
.

Previous experience working at a Big Four consulting firm (EY, KPMG, PwC, Deloitte).

Experience with in the aviation sector
, including PMO or transformation‑related work.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management or a related field
;
Master’s degree is a plus.

Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work with senior stakeholders and deliver outputs under tight timelines.

• Develop and refine PMO and EPMO operating models.
• Build performance management frameworks including KPIs, dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
• Support the alignment of PMO practices with organisational strategy and portfolio priorities.
• Provide expert advisory support to senior leadership on PMO best practices and transformation pathways.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and working sessions to gather insights and validate design outputs.
• Prepare executive‑ready presentations and documentation summarising recommendations and deliverables.
