As we continue to grow across the Kingdom and the MENA region, we’re looking for a
Partnerships Team Leader
to drive our expansion through strategic collaborations and impactful partnerships.
What You’ll Do:
Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships across sectors like Retail, Entertainment, FMCG, and F&B.
Support partner onboarding, ensuring smooth integration and collaboration with internal teams.
Create and present proposals, partnership decks, and tailored business pitches.
Maintain accurate CRM records and partnership pipelines.
Collaborate with marketing on co-branded campaigns and joint initiatives.
Monitor partner performance and satisfaction to ensure long-term success.
RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or client relations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, Hub Spot, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
Fluent in
Arabic and English
(written and spoken).
Experience in SaaS, loyalty programs, or the tech ecosystem is a plus.
