Role Description

Innovative Solutions is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team. In this role, you will oversee all sales activities, develop strategic sales plans, and build strong relationships with clients while driving revenue growth for our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and support to team members.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and track the performance of the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to analyze market trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to inspire team members.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
