• Monitor the execution of tasks and ensure achievement of set targets.

• Support decision-making by providing accurate and comprehensive performance and quality analyses.
• Improve monitoring mechanisms and enhance team workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of work.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in performance management, task monitoring, and data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and performance indicators.
• Strong skills in data analysis and performance/quality measurement.
• Good communication and coordination skills with stakeholders and team members.
• High attention to detail and commitment to work quality.
