Associate Consultant

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Associate Consultant who supports consulting engagements by assisting in internal audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments. The role involves conducting accurate fieldwork, reviewing policies and procedures, preparing documentation and reports, and coordinating with team members to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of advisory services in line with the company’s standards.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the execution of internal audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessment assignments
• Conduct accurate fieldwork in accordance with approved methodologies and quality standards
• Review policies, procedures, and documentation to identify gaps and improvement areas
• Support the preparation of reports, findings, and recommendations for clients
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Maintain professional communication with clients under the guidance of senior consultants
• Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality requirements
• Actively participate in learning and development activities related to governance and consulting practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required; preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Applied
• Sciences, or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a structured, policy-driven environment
• Willingness to learn and develop within the governance and consulting field
• Strong sense of commitment, reliability, and attention to detail
