Network Development Manager

An opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Network Development Manager to join a passenger car importer in Saudi Arabia. This pivotal position is based in Riyadh with obvious kingdom-wide responsibility and will be instrumental in shaping and advancing the company’s national retail and aftersales network, ensuring optimal customer accessibility, operational performance and the highest standards of brand representation.

The successful candidate will be entrusted with defining and executing a comprehensive network strategy that aligns with both market potential and corporate objectives. Responsibilities will include the planning, development and optimisation of retail and service facilities, ensuring full compliance with corporate identity and manufacturer requirements. You will evaluate network performance, identify areas for enhancement and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and the manufacturer to achieve sustained commercial and operational excellence.

Applicants should possess a degree in business, engineering or a related discipline, together with a minimum of five years’ experience in automotive network development, dealer operations or retail planning. Demonstrable commercial acumen, advanced project management capability and exceptional communication skills are essential. Current experience within the Middle East automotive market will be considered a distinct advantage.
