We are seeking a proactive and innovative Product Development Specialist to contribute to the development, management, and optimization of our fragrance portfolio. This role involves market analysis, product innovation, quality assurance, and cross‑departmental coordination to ensure our products meet strategic objectives and delight customers.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and track industry trends.
• Monitor competitor performance to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

• Lead or support the development of new fragrance formulations and enhance existing products.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and monitor post‑launch performance.

• Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure compliance with the highest standards.
• Coordinate with Production, Marketing, and Sales to ensure effective execution of product strategies.

• Collect and analyze product performance data (sales, profitability, customer feedback).
• Prepare regular reports with recommendations to strengthen product positioning.

• Track budgets related to product development and marketing.
• Manage daily product‑related operations and maintain updated documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Creative and innovative thinking.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Project management and organizational abilities.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent Arabic and good English proficiency.
