PMO Manager

The PMO Manager serves as the primary point of contact for the Chief Investment amp Business Development Officer on project governance and deal origination The role balances portfolio governance with external stakeholder engagement to qualify screen and drive new real estate opportunities

• Deal Origination amp Pipeline Support:
  Source screen and qualify potential real estate opportunities while managing relationships with landowners developers brokers and government entities
• PMO Governance amp Reporting:
  Establish governance standards track portfolio schedules and budgets and deliver timely portfolio status reports to leadership
• Analytics amp Dashboards:
  Build and maintain Power BI Excel dashboards to translate complex deal and project data into actionable executive insights
• Stakeholder Management:
  Represent the company in preliminary deal discussions site visits and external negotiations

• Education &
  
  Certifications:
  
  Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification required.
• Experience:
  
  4 5 years of total experience, with significant background at a major consulting firm (hard filter).
• PMO Background:
  Strong, demonstrable experience in PMO governance, portfolio tracking, and reporting.
• Industry
  
  Experience:
  
  Background in real estate development is strongly preferred.
