Data Volt seeks a senior procurement leader to manage the full lifecycle of EPC contracts, subcontracts and OEM packages for assigned projects in Saudi Arabia. You will own procurement strategy, RFP development, governance and award processes, coordinating technical, commercial and contractual inputs to deliver market-ready packages.
You will build competitive contractor/supplier fields, manage prequalification, negotiations and BAFOs, and translate terms into robust contracts.
