We are a leading medical device company specializing in Orthopedic Implants, Trauma Solutions, Sports Medicine, and Medical Disposables
. We're looking for a skilled Tender Specialist to manage our bidding process and secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and identify tender opportunities from government and private sector clients
• Prepare, compile, and submit complete tender documents within deadlines
• Coordinate with sales, technical, and finance teams to gather required information
• Ensure all submissions comply with tender requirements and company standards
• Maintain a database of all tenders, submissions, and outcomes
• Analyze tender results and provide recommendations for improvement
• Stay updated on government procurement regulations and e-tendering platforms
• Manage bid bonds, guarantees, and post-award documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in tender management, preferably in medical devices or healthcare
• Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and e-tendering systems
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
