Senior Associate, Tender Management

We're hiring a Tender Management Specialist to lead the full tendering lifecycle and drive business growth through winning proposals. • Manage end-to-end tendering processes for Capex and Opex opportunities, from straightforward to highly complex bids
• Analyze requests for quotation and develop accurate cost estimates using proven methodologies and tools
• Define winning strategies by interpreting customer requirements and assessing commercial risks and opportunities
• Prepare compliant, compelling offer documentation that aligns with policies and maximizes tender success

• Tendering - developing level; managing bid processes and preparing competitive proposals
• Contract Management - developing level; structuring agreements that protect profitability and mitigate risk
• Pricing Strategy - intermediate level; developing cost models that balance competitiveness with margin optimization
• CPP Process Knowledge - intermediate level; applying company frameworks to ensure compliant and efficient tender execution
• Risk Management - developing level; identifying commercial risks and building mitigation strategies into proposals
• Project Scheduling - intermediate level; coordinating timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams
• Business Acumen - intermediate level; understanding market dynamics to position offers strategically
• Communication - intermediate level; translating complex requirements into clear, persuasive documentation
