We're hiring a Tender Management Specialist to lead the full tendering lifecycle and drive business growth through winning proposals. If you thrive on analyzing complex requirements, crafting competitive bids, and delivering solutions that balance profitability with customer value, this role is for you.
What will you do?- Manage end-to-end tendering processes for Capex and Opex opportunities, from straightforward to highly complex bids
- Analyze requests for quotation and develop accurate cost estimates using proven methodologies and tools
- Define winning strategies by interpreting customer requirements and assessing commercial risks and opportunities
- Prepare compliant, compelling offer documentation that aligns with policies and maximizes tender success
- Tendering - developing level; managing bid processes and preparing competitive proposals
- Contract Management - developing level; structuring agreements that protect profitability and mitigate risk
- Pricing Strategy - intermediate level; developing cost models that balance competitiveness with margin optimization
- CPP Process Knowledge - intermediate level; applying company frameworks to ensure compliant and efficient tender execution
- Risk Management - developing level; identifying commercial risks and building mitigation strategies into proposals
- Project Scheduling - intermediate level; coordinating timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams
- Business Acumen - intermediate level; understanding market dynamics to position offers strategically
- Communication - intermediate level; translating complex requirements into clear, persuasive documentation
- Strategic thinking with the ability to define winning approaches for complex opportunities
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret customer needs and translate them into optimal solutions
- Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and mentoring colleagues
