Design Ops Consultant required to support the set-up of a large Customer Experience project for a industry leader in Saudi Arabia.
This is a strategy position where the successful candidate will coordinate design operations across the program including the operating model, governance, tooling and rituals for the UX/UI team who will design the system.
12-month initial engagement located full time in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - project starting in October / November.
Key experience required:
- Proven Design Ops experience on large scale CX programmes
- Strong client facing skills in KSA - able to work with stakeholders and understand local cultures and nuances
- Strong hands on experience across Figma, Miro and modern research tooling i.e Maze
- Experience with AI accelerated design / research tools
- Regulated industry experience - telecoms, financial services, government, digital infrastructure
- KSA experience - able to understand local culture and societal trends across generations
