Job Summary:We are seeking an Associate Expert Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with a focus on technology solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify gaps and recommend solutions
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned projects
- Communicate project updates and progress to clients and internal stakeholders
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide recommendations for improvements
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technology solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a technology-focused role
- Strong understanding of business processes and systems
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with project management and agile methodologies
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Professional certification in business analysis is a plus
