BUSINESS PARTNER
Location:
Riyadh Department Section Admin Section - Commercial Innovation Department
Assists in aligning Commercial Innovation strategies with business objectives through data-driven analysis reporting
Essential Responsibilities and Duties- Supports the development and execution of Commercial Innovation strategies aligned with organizational and departmental objectives
- Analysesperformance data identify risks and opportunities and propose improvements
- Buildsand maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders facilitatedecision-making Promotesbest practices process improvements and change management
- Supportsbudgeting and forecasting in collaboration with finance
- Provides administrative and operational support for optimization projects including scheduling documentation and follow-up ensuring all tasks are completed ontime and according to approved guidelines
- Follows all Hospital s related Policies and Procedures
- Participates in self and others education training and development as applicable
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Master s or Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration,or other related discipline is required.
Experience RequiredGrade 09:
No related experience with Masters, or one (1) year of related experience with Bachelors is required.
Grade 10:
Three(3) years of related experience with Masters, or four (4) years of related experience with Bachelors, including two (2) years of (Grade 09) experience is required.
