Project Manager, Business Analyst, Operations Management

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management skills with business analysis, strategic thinking, and commercial awareness — someone who can take an initiative from analysis through execution and ensure things get done.

• Own and manage key projects and strategic initiatives in Saudi Arabia from planning through execution and follow-up.
• Analyze business performance, KPIs, sales and market data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Monitor market developments, industry trends, competitors, and relevant regulatory developments.
• Translate data and market insights into clear recommendations and actionable business initiatives

• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and action plans and ensure effective execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Finance, Operations, IT, and other internal functions
  .
• Manage stakeholders and drive collaboration across teams without direct authority.
• Prepare management-ready reports, presentations, dashboards, and business updates for senior management.
• Work closely with the Managing Director on priorities, meetings, strategic initiatives, and follow-ups.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and key actions, proactively identifying challenges and solutions.
• Support process improvements and initiatives that enhance business and customer performance.

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Project Delivery, PMO, Business Analysis, Strategy, Business Development, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing projects and initiatives end-to-end

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of business performance, KPIs, and market trends.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with senior management is highly preferred.

• Experience in Fin Tech, Payments, Financial Services, Retail, Travel, or Operations

• Experience with Salesforce, Micro Strategy, or other business intelligence tools

• PMP / CAPM or other project management certification.
• Experience working with Saudi government entities or external stakeholders.
