Lead the company’s strategy, PMO, and corporate performance functions, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into actionable initiatives and successfully executed across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s corporate strategy and strategic initiatives.
- Establish PMO governance, methodologies, and project management standards.
- Oversee strategic and cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery of scope, timelines, and objectives.
- Develop and monitor corporate and departmental KPIs.
- Prepare executive dashboards, performance reports, and presentations for the CEO and leadership.
- Identify business risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead transformation, process improvement, and business growth initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between departmental plans and overall company strategy.
- Lead and develop the Strategy & PMO team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA or relevant master’s degree is preferred.
- 10–15+ years of experience in Strategy, PMO, Transformation, or Corporate Performance
. - Experience in HR services, manpower, outsourcing, or workforce solutions is preferred.
- PMP, PMI-PMOCP, or similar certification is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
