We are HIRING!!! Looking for an experienced Product Lead who can take ownership of digital products end-to-end — from defining the vision and strategy through discovery, roadmap, delivery, launch and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:- Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and optimisation
- Translate customer and business needs into clear product priorities
- Work closely with UX/UI, engineering, architecture and data teams
- Lead and mentor Product Managers/Product Owners across multiple initiatives
- Use customer insights, analytics and KPIs to guide product decisions
- Manage complex senior stakeholders and align teams around a common product vision
- Proven ownership of large-scale digital or customer-facing products
- Strong background in product strategy, roadmaps, discovery and prioritisation
- Experience partnering closely with design and technology teams
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, UX and data-driven product development
- Experience leading Product Managers or Product Owners
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
