Language Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory

Proven Expertise A strong background in the Saudi payments or financial services sector

Market Insight A deep understanding of Saudi market dynamics its regulatory landscape and an extensive network within its payment ecosystem

Strategic Vision The ability to think strategically about operations and business development with a track record of taking calculated risks that lead to significant growth

Leadership Skills Experience leading cross-functional projects and fostering a collaborative high-performance team environment

Negotiation Prowess Excellent negotiation skills to secure and optimize commercial agreements
