Role OverviewThe Operations Director will oversee day-to-day execution, ensuring smooth business operations, vendor management, and process excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Readiness
:
Build SOPs and processes for platform operations. - Vendor Management
:
Establish contracts and SLAs with key suppliers. - Process Excellence
:
Implement lean practices to optimize efficiency. - Performance Metrics
:
Monitor KPIs across service delivery. - Cross-Functional Alignment
:
Work with Product, Commercial, and Technology functions.
- 15+ years in operations management.
- Strong background in automotive, mobility, or logistics.
- Proven ability to build operational frameworks in pre-launch settings.
