Role purposeThis is a broad, hands-on role within a small marketing function that supports the whole firm. You will work alongside consultants, directors and partners, translating what they know into content, events and campaigns that reach clients and prospective clients in our target markets.

Role purposeThis is a broad, hands-on role within a small marketing function that supports the whole firm. You will work alongside consultants, directors and partners, translating what they know into content, events and campaigns that reach clients and prospective clients in our target markets.
Key Responsibilities Client events Core focus- Coordinate the firm's event programme end to end: client round tables, breakfast briefings, employee onboarding, sector conferences and sponsored exhibitions
- Handle logistics across venues, suppliers, catering, AV, delegate travel and exhibition stands
- Manage invitation lists in conjunction with the consulting teams, and run registration, reminders and follow-up so every attendee is picked up afterwards
- Prepare event collateral, delegate packs and branded materials, and track stock between events
- Attend events to set up, staff the stand or registration desk, support speakers and pack down
- Support consultants preparing for speaking slots and panel appearances, including slides and briefing notes
- Capture photography, video and quotes on the day for use across our channels
- Report after each event on attendance, client and prospect engagement, spend against budget and recommendations for next time
- Own the day-to-day content calendar, with Linked In as our primary channel
- Write, design and schedule posts that promote our insight, case studies, appointments and events
- Amplify thought leadership from across the firm and help consultants build their own professional profiles
- Monitor comments, messages and mentions, responding in the firm's tone of voice and escalating anything client-sensitive
- Run live coverage from conferences and client events
- Report monthly on reach, engagement, follower growth and audience make-up, with a view on what performed and why
- Track competitor and sector activity, and bring ideas to the team
- Produce the internal firm-wide announcements, keeping a largely client-site based workforce connected
- Support all-hands sessions, away days and internal engagement events
- Apply and safeguard brand guidelines across everything the firm issues, internally and to clients
- Maintain the asset library: logos, templates, photography, consultant biographies and credentials
- Keep proposal, pitch and report templates current, and check colleagues' documents for consistency before they leave the firm
- Liaise with designers, printers and agencies on artwork and production
- Support campaign delivery across email, social, web and print, including building assets, scheduling sends and updating website pages
