Job Description:
Role Purpose The Program ManagerAirportsleadthedeliveryofamajorstreamorsetofrelatedprojectswithintheairportprograms,accountableforcoordinateddeliveryofscope,schedule,cost,qualityandbenefitsacrossmultipleprojects.
Operatingunderthe Program Director ,theroledrivescross-project planning,dependencymanagementanddelivery,ensuringworkstreamscombineintoacoherent,on-trackprogramsina
24/7operationalenvironment.
- Plananddeliveraportfolioofrelatedprojects,managing cross-projectdependenciesandintegration.
- Ownthestreamschedule,budgetandresourceplan;trackprogressandmanagethecriticalpath.
- Coordinatetechnical,operationalandvendorteamstoachievedeliveryobjectives.
- Ownstream-levelRAIDandchangecontrol;escalatetothe
Program
DirectorandPMOasrequired. - Assurequality,safety,securityandcompliance;supportreadiness,transitionandgo-live.
- Operatewithinprogramgovernanceandstandards.
- Managestreambudget,forecastingandsupplierperformance.
- Buildstrongrelationshipswithclient,operationalandvendorstakeholders.
- Leadanddevelopprojectmanagersandteamswithinthestream.
- Program/multi-project delivery:Provenexperiencemanagingmultiplerelatedprojectsoradeliverystreamtotime,costandquality.
- Methodology:Strongcommandofprogram/projectmethods(PMI/PMP,PRINCE2,MSP,agile/hybrid).
- Planning&control:Skilledincross-project planning,dependency,budgetandriskmanagement.
- Leadership:Abilitytoleadprojectmanagersandmulti-disciplinary,multi-vendorteams.
- Stakeholder management:Excellentcommunicationandstakeholder-management skills.
- Experienceinaviation,airportsorcomparable
24/7critical-infrastructure environments. - Familiaritywithairportprograms(terminalopenings,ORAT/transition).
- ExposuretoMSIdeliverymodels.
- Programs/projectcertifications(PMP,PRINCE2,MSP) and/orSAFe.
- Degreein Business,Engineering,Information Systemsorrelateddiscipline(orequivalentexperience).
- Program/projectcertificationstronglypreferred(PMP,PRINCE2,MSPorequivalent).
Deliveryaccountability-cross-projectorchestration-planning-stakeholder influence-risk management-leadership-resilience-customer focus.
