• Client Collaboration Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives offering strategic insights that enhance the overall impact and success of events
• Project Planning Lead the development of comprehensive project plans outlining key milestones resource requirements and timelines for successful event execution
• Risk Assessment Identify potential risks and challenges associated with each project providing proactive solutions to mitigate risks and ensure seamless event delivery
• Innovation and Creativity Infuse creativity and innovation into strategic planning processes ensuring that events deliver unique and memorable experiences for clients and attendees
• Budget Alignment Work collaboratively with the finance team to align strategic plans with budgetary constraints optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in strategic planning, preferably within the events and entertainment industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
