Khibraty is seeking an experienced consultant to support individual board members seeking reelection in a Saudi closed joint-stock company. The consultant will support individual board members seeking reelection by developing positioning messages and communication materials and by coaching candidates on effective delivery.
Scope of work- Review company strategy and financial performance
- Develop distinct positioning key messages and an electoral program for each candidate
- Prepare shareholder presentations speeches and concise communication materials
- Develop evidence-based responses to difficult questions on performance accountability and conflicts of interest
- Coach candidates on presentation delivery and Q & A
- Strategic financial and shareholder communications
- Investor relations and corporate governance
- Executive messaging, speech writing and presentation coaching
- Professional Arabic writing and experience with Saudi companies
- Direct experience supporting corporate board candidates is preferred
Engagement:
Short-term consultancy with deliverables required within 5 days. Consultants should confirm availability and any team support needed. The scope covers content development and coaching; publishing, advertising and direct shareholder outreach are excluded.
