Leasing Director of Industrial Park

Job Mission Be accountable for the land & factory space absorption and investment delivery targets of the park: systematically bring advanced Chinese manufacturing enterprises into the Saudi park, and deliver end-to-end closed-loop services covering target industry screening through to project signing and commissioning.

• Investment Promotion Strategy
  :
  Identify target industries (new energy batteries, photovoltaics, home appliances, consumer electronics, auto parts, building materials, food processing, and chemicals), and deliver annual investment promotion roadmaps and target enterprise rosters.
• Client Development
  :
  Directly source Chinese manufacturing enterprises (including their overseas/international decision-making teams), build and manage client pipelines, and drive conversion from lead generation to contract signing.
• Solution & Policy Packaging
  :
  Take the lead in liaising with Saudi authorities (MISA, Economic Cities & Special Zones Authority, Industrial Cities Authority, Royal Commission, etc.) to package tax incentives, land terms, subsidies, visa arrangements, local content requirements and other terms into competitive settlement proposals.
• Negotiation & Contracting
  :
  Lead negotiations over land/factory lease and sale agreements as well as investment deals, with accountability for contracted investment value, absorbed area and number of settled enterprises.
• Settlement Delivery
  :
  Coordinate one-stop services (company incorporation, licensing, recruitment, supply chain setup, capital matchmaking) to ensure enterprises commence construction and production as scheduled.
• Government & Ecosystem Relations
  :
  Maintain regular connections with Saudi government bodies, chambers of commerce, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade / Chinese embassies & consulates, industry associations, banks and funds.
• Team & Channel Management
  :
  Recruit, build and mentor local investment promotion teams; manage networks of intermediaries, agents and consulting partners.

• Native Chinese speaker;
  English as a working language (Arabic is a plus); able to be stationed in Saudi Arabia long-term.
• 8–15 years of experience in investment promotion / business development / industrial real estate, including a minimum of 3 years independently leading teams and delivering performance targets.
• Verifiable track record in investment attraction: total number of introduced enterprises, contracted investment volume and absorbed land area (specific enterprise cases and deal values to be presented during interviews).
• Possess established client resources within China’s manufacturing sector, with direct access to corporate investment and strategy decision-makers.
• Chinese candidates are preferred.

• English as a working language.
