Leads end-to-end site master planning for large-scale multi-venue mega events You ll turn the client s high-level vision into a full implementation plan for each event cycle covering venue footprint infrastructure resources and timelines Heads a large multidisciplinary planning team allocating design drafting and F amp B planning work keeping delivery on track and acting as the client s single point of accountability for performance and output This is a hands-on producing role You ll personally develop masterplans zoning dimensioned layouts and end-to-end visitor journeys not just oversee them Runs needs assessments feasibility and validation studies and benchmarks against comparable global events to shape the best solution for each site Works as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership integrating requirements from marketing sponsorship talent media and operations into one coherent site plan

Senior Director grade with a minimum of 12 years relevant experience

At least two complete delivery cycles of events of comparable scale mega-event multi-venue Mega sporting event Venue master planning zoning dimensioned layouts and end-to-end visitor journeys produced personally

Stakeholder integration across marketing sponsor ships influencers and players

Long term contract 14 - 17 months
