As a Business Analyst within Services Business Development you will support the team in identifying and advancing business opportunities across key customers and sectors.
Responsibilities will include- Conducting market customer and competitive research to identify growth opportunities
- Supporting the development of Client proposals presentations and business cases
- Analyzing sales pipeline revenue performance and business metrics to generate insights and recommendations
- Assisting with opportunity tracking forecasting and reporting activities
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders across Sales Product Consulting Finance and Delivery teams
- Preparing materials for customer meetings business reviews and leadership updates
- Contributing to strategic initiatives and projects aimed at growing Mastercard s Services business
- Developing a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem financial services industry and Mastercard s products and solutions
This role is ideal for a recent graduate who enjoys analytical problem-solving working with data collaborating across teams and contributing to commercial growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor s or Master s degree, with an anticipated graduation date between June 2026 and August 2027
- Available to start on 1st September 2027
