Shape enterprise strategies and roadmaps for the Smart amp Efficient Manager and Productive amp Safe Worker domains aligned with operational priorities and Technology amp Innovation objectives Identify and prioritize opportunities to simplify work remove process inefficiencies and improve manager and frontline workforce effectiveness Establish clear value drivers and performance measures that connect technology-enabled interventions to productivity efficiency and workforce outcomes

Embed safety and risk considerations into the design of workforce technology and operational improvement initiatives Enable technology solutions that strengthen safe work practices workforce awareness and risk-based decision-making Integrate productivity and safety requirements so improvements in workforce efficiency reinforce rather than compromise safe operations
