We connect to the systems companies already use, understand what is happening across the organization, and help coordinate and execute the work needed to resolve problems.

We are starting with industrial companies and building toward a much broader vision: AI that does work for organizations.

We are a small, fast-moving team in Riyadh, backed by operators and founders from some of the region’s leading technology companies.

We are hiring a Founder Associate to work directly with the founders across the highest-priority problems in the company.

This is not a traditional strategy or operations role.

One week you might be preparing for a major customer meeting. The next you could be analyzing a market, running a hiring process, building an internal system, supporting fundraising, or taking ownership of a project that did not exist a few days earlier.

You will sit close to the decisions and work across almost every part of the company.

Your job is simple: figure out what matters, move fast, and get things done.

• Work directly with the founders on the company’s most important priorities
• Own projects across GTM, customers, product, hiring, fundraising, operations, and strategy
• Prepare research, analysis, briefs, and materials for important decisions and meetings
• Join customer, investor, and partner conversations and drive follow-ups
• Take projects from an unclear starting point to a finished outcome
• Identify problems before they become blockers
• Build lightweight processes and systems as the company scales
• Work across the team to make sure important things actually get done
• Take ownership of whatever becomes important to the company

We care significantly more about slope than years of experience.

We are particularly interested in people from backgrounds such as:

• Product management
• Early-career investment banking
• Strategy or management consulting
• Business operations
• Founder’s office or similarly broad operating roles

You are probably:

• Extremely resourceful
• Fast and highly organized
• Strong analytically and able to think from first principles
• A clear written and verbal communicator
• Comfortable operating with incomplete information
• Able to switch between strategy and execution quickly
• Curious enough to learn unfamiliar subjects without being asked
• Comfortable working with executives, customers, engineers, and investors
• Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions
• High-agency and difficult to block

You do not need to have done this exact job before.

You do need to demonstrate that when given an important problem with little guidance, you can figure it out.

You want to understand how companies are actually built.

You want to work closely with founders and see how decisions are made across product, customers, hiring, capital, and company building.

You would rather be close to the problem than receive tasks after everything has already been figured out.

You like having a lot of responsibility and operating with high ownership.

And when something important needs to happen, your instinct is to ask, “how do we make this happen?” rather than “who owns this?”
