The General Manager – Saudi Arabia is responsible for managing and executing Soar’s day-to-day business operations in the Kingdom, translating the company’s strategy into measurable commercial and operational results. This role requires a hands-on, results-driven leader with strong business acumen, operational discipline, and experience in financial services, fintech, or real estate finance. The GM will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive business growth, manage strategic partnerships, improve operational performance and ensure that all activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will act as the primary operational leader for Soar’s Saudi business, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives, customer experience, operational delivery and the company’s overall strategy.

• Business Operations and Execution
• Manage day-to-day business operations in Saudi Arabia, ensuring efficient execution of approved business plans and priorities.
• Translate company strategy into actionable operational plans, milestones, and measurable KPIs.
• Establish clear workflows, accountability structures, and performance-monitoring processes.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of business initiatives.
• Drive customer acquisition, transaction growth, and achievement of approved commercial targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, distribution channels, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, institutional investors, real estate developers, brokers, property sellers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations and partnership execution within delegated authority.
• Monitor market developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage relationships with key commercial partners and ensure effective collaboration.
• Develop partnership plans with clear business objectives, deliverables, and performance indicators.
• Coordinate with the CEO and Treasury and Investment teams on funding partnerships and capital-provider relationships.
• Represent Soar in business meetings and industry events when delegated.
• Ensure that partnership commitments are delivered in line with approved agreements and internal policies.
• Ensure day-to-day business activities operate within the company’s applicable licenses, regulatory approvals, and permitted scope of activities.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Internal Audit teams to support regulatory obligations.
• Maintain operational records, reporting processes, and internal controls.
• Support regulatory reviews, audits, remediation plans, and licensing milestones.
• Escalate material regulatory, compliance, operational, or reputational risks to the CEO promptly.
• Oversee customer-facing and financing-related operational processes within the approved operating model.
