- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Industrial Engineering or a related field
- 8 years of professional experience in Cost Controlling FP amp A Project Controlling Performance Management or Management Consulting preferably in automotive industry or industrial products
- Proven experience leading projects and managing client relationships in consulting automotive manufacturing industrial or technology environments
- Strong understanding of financial planning budgeting forecasting reporting and business performance management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable recommendations from complex data
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience with BI and analytics tools is an advantage
- Outstanding communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured and results-oriented approach
- Fluent in English additional language skills are considered an advantage
- Willingness to travel if required by client engagements
