Senior Cost Controller

Monitor analyze and control project costs budgets and financial performance across Procurement Supply Chain Manufacturing Engineering and Operations functions preferably in automotive industry or industrial products Lead project controlling activities including budgeting forecasting revenue tracking and profitability analysis Develop and maintain financial models business cases and performance dashboards Analyze cost drivers variances financial risks and opportunities for improvement Support project managers and leadership teams with financial planning and decision-making Prepare management reports executive presentations and client-facing analyses Drive transparency regarding resource utilization project margins and operational efficiency Identify and implement cost optimization measures and process improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting Contribute to transformation and performance improvement programs in international environments

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration Finance Controlling Industrial Engineering Economics or a related field 5 years of professional experience in Cost Controlling Cost Engineering Product Costing Manufacturing Controlling Procurement or Automotive Consulting Experience with in consulting automotive engineering manufacturing industrial or technology environments Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Excellent knowledge of financial planning budgeting forecasting and reporting methodologies Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience with BI and reporting tools is an advantage Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Structured proactive and solution-oriented working style Fluent in English additional language skills are considered an advantage Willingness to travel if required by client engagements
