Job Description We are hiring for the role of Project Coordinator in Riyadh. This opportunity is open to candidates who have the relevant skills and experience.
Role Overview : Project:
Records Management System (RMS) Contract Duration: 2 years, extendable for an additional 2 years subject to project requirements and performance.
Job Summary We are seeking a Coordinator to support the daily execution of our RMS project. The role involves coordinating project activities and manpower deployment, tracking document workflows, maintaining project records, and communicating with client stakeholders and internal teams to support timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project activities, work schedules, and manpower deployment.
- Maintain tracking logs, status reports, and project documentation.
- Liaise with client stakeholders and internal teams to support smooth project execution.
Key Requirements:
- Approximately 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
