Senior Quantity Surveyor

At JASARA PMC, we are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. This senior-level position offers an exciting opportunity to manage the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and play a key role in enhancing project efficiency and profitability.

• Lead and coordinate quantity surveying activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and financial assessments, including bills of quantities and tender documentation.
• Implement effective cost control measures and conduct regular project budget reviews.
• Manage and negotiate contracts, ensuring all parties adhere to agreed terms.
• Conduct site evaluations, assessing work completed against budget and deliverables.
• Foster strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and project teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior quantity surveyors, promoting professional growth and development.

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong focus on construction projects.
• Professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS) is highly desirable.
• Thorough understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost management techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient with project management and quantity surveying software.
