Senior HSW Manager

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. The project is a major mixed‑use development that includes sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high‑calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

• Develop and drive implementation of health and wellbeing (H&W) policies, procedures, guidance, and standards across the Programme.
• Lead execution of Group‑wide H&W delivery plans, programmes, and projects, ensuring timely and budget‑compliant outcomes.
• Coordinate effectively with General contractor and supervision consultants.
• Support operational teams with expert guidance to enable effective local delivery of H&W initiatives.
• Analyse data from surveys, audits, KPIs, and other sources to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, timely, and cost‑effective delivery of contracted H&W services.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to net zero carbon goals by identifying and implementing sustainable H&W practices.

• Education to a Degree level.
• 12+ years of post‑graduate experience managing Health & Safety strategy and delivery for large‑scale construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience working on mixed‑use development construction projects in the GCC location.
