Overview

JOB PURPOSE: The Business Development Manager – Construction is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new construction projects across the KSA. The role focuses on client acquisition, tendering, contract negotiation, and strategic partnerships while coordinating with estimation, technical, and project teams to achieve sustainable revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and contractors.
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and growth targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Identify and participate in tenders, RFQs, and RFPs.
  • Coordinate with estimation and technical teams to prepare competitive bids and proposals.
  • Ensure timely submission of tenders in compliance with client and consultant requirements.
  • Support contract negotiations and project award processes.
  • Monitor construction market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to management.
  • Expand company presence in new sectors, regions, or services.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
  • 5–10 years KSA experience in construction business development.
  • Strong knowledge of KSA construction market, consultants, and tendering processes.
  • Proven track record of securing construction projects.
  • KSA driving license preferred.
