A leading consultancy firm in the Riyadh Region is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor. You will prepare and manage various Quantity Surveying documents, provide cost evaluations, and assist in contract management for significant projects across commercial, residential, and infrastructural domains. A minimum of 12 years' experience and a degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering are required, with RICS membership preferred, along with excellent English communication skills.
