This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Cost Estimator located in Riyadh. The Senior Cost Estimator will be responsible for developing accurate and efficient cost estimates for various construction projects, including residential, administrative, healthcare, and industrial developments. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project requirements, preparing budgets, managing cost control processes, and collaborating with project teams to ensure financial efficiency at all project stages.

• Proficiency in Cost Management, Cost Control, and Budgeting
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex project data
• Experience in Project Estimation and preparation of accurate cost forecasts
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage resources effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Familiarity with construction software and tools used for cost estimation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Previous experience as a Cost Estimator in the construction industry is preferred
