The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying and has 5–10 years of experience in the field. Responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates, managing project expenditures, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects meet quality and budgetary requirements.
