A leading construction firm is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a large-scale residential development in Riyadh. The role involves overall commercial and cost management, including cost planning, tendering, and contract administration. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying and at least 10 years of experience in commercial management, preferably within the Middle East. Excellent negotiation skills, proficiency in financial control, and familiarity with FIDIC contracts are essential.
Experience in Saudi Arabia is a must, ideally for residents of Riyadh.
