Hanmi Global MENA in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor Manager to lead the quantity surveying team and manage all cost aspects of major construction projects. You will oversee cost estimating, budgeting, contract negotiation, and financial reporting to ensure projects are completed within budget and contractual agreements.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, at least 15 years of relevant experience, and strong leadership skills. Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
